Tele-Vision
A lot of people pass their time at home staring at the TV. TV shows us a miniaturized wide world that contrasts with our daily shuffle between home and work. Looking back on that year of 2011, we saw Japan’s paralysis post-earthquake, the whirlwind of revolt in the Middle East, the moment at which Europe’s economy began to crumble. ”Tele-Vision” represents at once my awe at the deluge of in formation, the apathy at the exceptional and the dilapidation of memory: and, in opposition to these, my own manifesto of memory.
