Seto’s snapshots give a raw, energetic taste of a photographer who treats the summerly beach as his own movie set, simply recording what presents itself to him.
The photos in "West Coast" aim to bring out the peculiarities of the extraordinary within the ordinary, of the joy and change in behavior that occurs when people take off the masks they wear in society.
